The Coosa Valley Cycling Association, or CVCA, was formed in 1989 as a not-for-profit organization to promote safe and fun bicycling for riders of all levels and abilities through organized rides, promotions and other activities. It is made up of enthusiastic cyclists from the Coosa Valley area who come from all age groups and walks of life.

Club Rides and Activities

CVCA regularly schedules weekly organized rides for both road and mountain bikers. These rides are for cyclists of all abilities and ages, and include novice and family-type rides. Throughout the year, theme rides are scheduled for our members and other riders in the area. These rides include the new members picnic/ride; the Chili Ride; the Fall Colors Ride; the annual club picnic/ride; and more. All of these rides encourage fitness, safety and fun for individuals and families. In addition, regular club meetings which feature guest speakers and informational programs are held throughout the year.

Annual Membership is $25.00/individual, couple or family; renewal is due on each anniversary of your membership.
